Starting the Design Process
Design Interview
The first step in the process is to schedule a consultation with one of the company's designers. After you've fill out design consultation request form, you'll be matched with our team Interior Designer experts, and schedule your Design Interview & Consultation. During this consultation, the designer will work with the client to understand their specific needs and goals, as well as the unique features of their property. We’ll evaluate your property listing, pictures, and, if available, Matterports.
On Design Interiors specializes in the design of short-term rentals and Airbnb properties, with an emphasis on the creating one-of-a-kind interior spaces that stand out in searches against your competitors. Our bright and daring immersive areas are designed to attract guests who have higher expectations for the quality of their stay.
Evaluation & Market Research
We conduct market research to understand the demographic and lifestyle information, occupancy rates, and competitors in the market after determining the client's goals, taking inventory of the properties (i.e., pictures, listing information, layout), and identifying the budget. This gives us a clear understanding of the best way to create a unique, yet appealing space for your property.

When our interior designers begin conceptualizing ideas, they produce design boards to highlight potential ways your rental property or house might be styled and decorated to stand out.

To create a unified and immersive experience for your guests, our team considers numerous factors, including interior spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, halls, and other common spaces, as well as outside areas such as patios. In addition to furniture and fixtures, our team considers plants and accessories to create a holistic "lived-in feel" that enhances the guest experience.
Cosmetic Focus
As an interior design firm, we provide consulting and cosmetic services. We do not provide building, renovation, or general contracting services.
By focusing on accentuating your property with a design that attracts guests, you can implement improvements in your property much faster and more affordably, rather than investing in costly remodels that may take longer to generate returns, not to mention prevent you from generating revenue while construction is underway.
Sourcing & Purchasing
Approvals and Acquisition
Following your approval of the design board and recommendations, your On Design interior designer will source all of the authorized furniture, accessories, fixtures, and accents. Your designer will provide you with a detailed list of each item of furniture as well as a link to purchase each piece.

As interior design professionals, we've negotiated savings with major furniture retailers such as Wayfair, Ashley HomeStore, and Pottery Barn, among others, and by purchasing from our source list you can take advantage of up to 25% savings than at traditional and online retail.
Staging & Placement
Setting the Mood
Once you've completed purchasing all the home furnishings, you’ll connect with your designer for a virtual staging call to make sure everything is placed to perfection. In addition, you will receive a detailed floor plan outlining the exact placement of all furniture and decorative items.
